TEAM EVENT

TIME: Dancer registration 3:15 to 4pm (enter @ back
of school)
Please do not arrive before as we
need time to set up.
Doors open to public @ 4 p.m. (enter @ back of school)
Competition starts @ 4:30 p.m. & should end @ 8 p.m.
TICKETS: $5 in advance OR $7 at the door if any space
left.
I
will bring them to the meeting Thursday OR send them in district courier OR you
can pick them up at my school. Please bring cash and unsold tickets the day of event
in an envelope with school name, # of tickets given, how many sold, how much
money is in there and if you gave any tickets to another school.
SEATING: There will be approximately 300 seats in the
plaza to be shared between spectators and dancers. Dancers will need to be backstage 3 numbers
before they perform. They can access
backstage via the hallways on each side of the plaza stage.
P.S. Only dancers (no spectators,
friends, etc.) are allowed in the main studio and make sure they have clean
shoes.
