Junior, Break, and Senior Team will be competing in this competition. Please let me know if you do not have a ride. I am hoping we can either coordinate parent drivers or groups of students can take the bus together. Let's start thinking about this now - please ask your parents if they are able to drive there, back or both and how many students they could take with them. Thank-you for supporting Frank Hurt Dance!

FOR STRICTLY TEAMS 2015
MUSIC:
We are requesting that your music be on a CD, labelled
with school and team. As a back-up, we
ask that you have available a mp3/ipod with you (not a phone). Upon arrival, please hand in your CD to the
DJ table, so that we can confirm that the CD is working properly with our
system.
A reminder that the time limits are as follows: Duo/Trio-
1 ½ (min) to 2 ½ minutes (max) and Teams- 2 minutes (min) to 3 minutes (max). Points will be deducted if timing is under or
over the allotted time limit. Also,
points will be deducted if music is not appropriate.
ENTRANCE:
Doors will open at
4:30 for dancers and coaches ONLY. The
names that were provided by you with your registration will only be allowed
entry at this time. ALL dancers must
provide a current GO-CARD as identification for entry.
Doors for spectators will open at 5:30. Entrance is through the main doors on
Venables Street.
Entrance Fees (cash only): Adults and Students without Go-card: $10
Seniors
(65+) and Students with Go-Card: $8
Children
(5-10): $6
Children
under 5: free
PRACTICE:
The gym floor will NOT be available for practice/run
throughs. The dance space is
approximately 60 ft wide X 30 ft deep.
CONCESSION:
The concession will be open at 4:30. Cash only.
Vouchers (for coaches’ use only) for a free pizza slice and drink will
be given to you upon entry.
